Hours

Squaw Valley Ski Corporation's winter season traditionally opens the Friday before Thanksgiving and operates into May.

The summer season begins mid-June and runs through mid-September, when we take a two-month break to prepare for the winter ahead.

Full time employees are expected to work 32 hours or 4 days per week and part time employees are expected to work 24 hours or 3 days per week.

Because of the nature of the "snow business", full-time work in the winter usually begins in mid-December.

IMPORTANT: Regardless of what time of year you work at Squaw Valley USA, major holidays and weekends are when we are the busiest so you can expect to be working during these times. We work so that our guests can play!

Wages

Squaw Valley offers competitive wages. Entry level pay begins at $8.25 per hour.
