How does the corporate program work?
It's simple! Purchase a minimum of 50 adult all day lift tickets before November 15, and save nearly 20% on every ticket purchased! After the November 15th deadline, tickets can be purchased for $66.
For every 25 new tickets you purchase, you'll receive one additional Complimentary ticket to use as you wish during the 2009-2010 season.You MUST use Complimentary tickets during the season you receive them, becuase Squaw Valley USA does not roll-over the Complimentary tickets for credit towards the following year. Complimentary tickets will be marked with the words "Complimentary", so you will know which ones to use first.
What happens if I don't use all my tickets during this season?
There are several options for unused tickets.
Come enjoy all Squaw Valley has to offer in the summer! Your winter tickets may be exchanged for TWO Cable Car ride/Ice Skate/Swimming Packages during the summer season.
If you miss the summer fun, your unused tickets are good as credit towards your order for the following winter. Your unused tickets retain their original value when turned in with a new order for the following season.
You can also take an unused ticket to the Special Tickets Office and upgrade to a full price (retail) ticket for the same day; you just pay the difference in price from the price you purchased the Corporate ticket at versus the currect ticket window price.

How much do corporate tickets cost?
For the 2009-2010 season, if you order 50 tickets before November 15, 2009 Corporate tickets cost $62 each (nearly a 20% savings from the original price). After November 15, the Corporate ticket rate goes up to $66.
What if I miss the November 15 deadline?
Tickets are still available after November 15, but the price is $66 per voucher - still a savings off the regular day rate!
What do I do with tickets leftover from last season?
There are several options for unused tickets.
Come enjoy all Squaw Valley has to offer in the summer! Your winter tickets may be exchanged for TWO Cable Car ride/Ice Skate/Swimming Packages during the summer season.
If you miss the summer fun, your unused tickets are good as credit towards your order for the following winter. Your unused tickets retain their original value when turned in with a new order for the following season. They also count towards your order total of 50 tickets.
What if I have unused tickets and don't work for the same company I ordered through last year?
If you no longer participate through the same company, your tickets are still valid as credit towards a new order. You have a couple of options:
1. If your new company already participates in the Squaw Valley program, turn your tickets in as part of their new order for the coming season.
2. If your company does NOT have a program, start one! Ask your new co-workers, friends, and family to participate. They'll thank you for the savings and the good times on the mountain!
What do I do with vouchers/tickets left over from two or more years ago?
Vouchers/tickets from previous seasons are valid when turned in with a new order for the coming season. They will be credited at their original value towards a new order of 50 tickets.
You can also take an unused voucher/ticket to the Special Tickets Office and upgrade to a full price (retail) ticket; you just pay the difference in price from the price you purchased the Corporate voucher/ticket at versus the currect ticket window price.
Can I get a cash refund if I do not use all my tickets?
Sorry, Corporate tickets have NO CASH VALUE and there are NO CASH REFUNDS. However, your unused tickets retain their original value and will be credited at their original value towards a new order of 50 tickets.
You can also take an unused ticket to the Special Tickets Office and upgrade to a full price (retail) ticket; you just pay the difference in price from the price you purchased the Corporate ticket at versus the currect ticket window price.
Can I use my corporate tickets for anything else at Squaw Valley?
YES! Corporate tickets may be upgraded to a Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package. This packages includes equipment rentals, a group lesson, and a beginner lift ticket.
Also, during the summer season, each corporate ticket may be exchanged for TWO adult Ride/Skate/Swim packages. This package includes a Cable Car ride to High Camp, ice skating at the Olympic Ice Pavilion, and use of the Swimming Lagoon and Spa.
What if I am a beginner or have beginner skiers or snowboarders in my company?
Come up and enjoy Squaw Valley and learn to Ski or Snowboard. Corporate tickets may upgraded towards a Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package. This packages includes equipment rentals, a group lesson, and a beginner lift ticket.
Are my corporate tickets good in the summer?
YES! During the summer season, each corporate ticket may be exchanged for TWO adult Ride/Skate/Swim packages. This package includes a Cable Car ride to High Camp, ice skating at the Olympic Ice Pavilion, and use of the Swimming Lagoon and Spa.
Can I turn in a ticket from last season for a lift ticket this season?
Each season's corporate tickets expire at the end of the following summer season.
Your options are as follows:
1. All unused tickets may be turned in with a new order for 50 tickets for the next season.
2. You can also take an unused ticket to the special ticket office and upgrade to a full price (retail) ticket; you just pay the difference in price from the price you purchased the Corporate ticket at versus the currect ticket window price.
