The ASC is a five-day clinic emphasizing technical skiing at its highest level, taught by Squaw Valleys top instructors. The clinic features full days of skiing, small well-matched classes, off-slope workshops in ski technique and equipment and video feedback. Details: 530-581-7184

Sierra Winter Sports & the Squaw Valley Institute presents "From Longboards to Olympics" a slide show presented by Historian Mark McLaughlin. Come hear the entertaining stories chronicling the days of Snowshoe Thompson and longboard ski racing, leading up to the development of organized skiing in Lake Tahoe. 6:30pm-7pm no host bar. Program at 7pm. Tickets are $10 at the door. Children under 12 and students with ID are FREE.
