A beautiful torchlight parade and a colorful fireworks show are part of the fun as we kick-off a weeklong celebration of the North Lake Tahoe Community, the annual Snow Festival. The Snow Festival Queen Coronation begins at 6:30pm in the Village followed by an amazing Laser light show at the base of KT22. The torchlight parade will making its way down the mountian beginning at 7:15pm followed by a huge fireworks display. Stick around for a huge pary in the Olympic Plaza Bar and Zenbu with Space Cowbys and Truckee Tribe. Details: 530-583-6985

The Ski Tour, a.k.a the loudest show on snow, is a new series of competitive events featuring the worlds best skiers in the most exciting and progressive formats: Skiercross and Halfpipe.
