Squaw's new ski school aims to turn rookies into rippers - overnight! So whether it's your first time on skis, maybe even your first time on snow, feel at ease in our novice's paradise with introductory lifts, dedicated beginner slopes, and gentle terrain with plenty of room to comfortably develop the necessary skills to turn and stop.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your reservation by 1pm (Pacific Time) the day before your reservation there is no charge
- If you cancel after 1pm and before 5pm the day before your reservation the charge is $15 for group and $50 for private lessons
- If you cancel on the day of your reservation, or do not show up for your reservation, you are subject to the full charge.
Conditions were exceptional this week at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Together the two resorts currently offer 5000 skiable acres, 32 lifts, and 6 terrain parks with 38 features.
