Northern Lights Ice Cream and Treats Store is located downstairs in the Olympic House. Guests enjoy their delectable chocolate dipped gourmet ice cream bars and frozen fruit bars, made to order, as you watch.

Vanilla and chocolate ice cream bars and five different flavors of organic fruit bars provide the core for the extravagant dessert dipped in dark, milk, or white chocolate. With the chocolate still dripping, the dessert bar is then rolled in your choice of toppings - almonds, chocolate cookie crumbs, rainbow sprinkles or hemp seed granola.

Other delicious choices are: frozen chocolate dipped organic bananas, one of the most delicious and healthy treats around, and a small variety of scooped organic ice creams, sure to delight even the most scrupulous connoisseurs.

Complimenting the frozen desserts are other tasty treats and refreshments such as root beer floats, peanut brittle, chocolates, Izze’s full-flavored sparkling fruit juices, teas, hot chocolate, natural sodas, juices, popcorn, vegetarian chili and soups.

An emphasis is placed on using fresh and healthy ingredients, relying on certified organic ingredients and products wherever possible.
