LIVE MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

Kevin Carr - 'Telling Stories and Making Music'
Kevin plays the fiddle, bagpipes, accordion and banjo, and the stories he tells create magic for every child (even the big kids) that hear him!

Sierra Highlanders Pipes and Drums
Formed in 1961, The Highlanders are one of the West's best bag piping and drumming groups. They have performed to the pleasure of many happy folks at competitions and at festivals around the country. They will perform the introductory ceremonies, parade through the village, and also the closing ceremonies of our festival.

Tempest-Celtic Rock Band
Based in Northern California, Tempest is recognized as a driving force in the modern folk-rock-celtic movement. Fusing traditional material with high-energy rock intensity, the band is renowned for its dynamic and electrifying concerts. Tempest's members hail from five countries across three continents: lead vocalist, electric mandolinist and founder Lief Sorbye from Oslo, Norway; drummer Adolfo Lazo from Havana, Cuba; guitarist Ronan Carroll from Dublin, Ireland; bassist Ariane Cap from Innsbruck, Austria; and fiddler Michael Mullen from Fresno, California.
