Village at Squaw Lodging Policies
Effect through April 7, 2012. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 7 days are considered cancellations.

2012 Summer Policy
2012 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Valid on arrivals between April 8, 2011 through November 30, 2012. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remainder being charged 48 hours prior to arrival. All reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 5 days of arrival will forfeit their 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures are considered cancellations.
2012-13 Winter Policy
2012-13 Winter Cancellation and Deposit Policy:
Valid on arrivals December 1-20, 2012 and January 5, 2013 through April 6, 2013. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remainder being charged 7 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures are considered cancellations.
2012 Holiday Policy
2012 Holiday Cancellation and Deposit Policy:
Valid on arrivals between December 21, 2012 through January 4, 2013. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remainder being charged 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures are considered cancellations.
