Executive Chef Ben "Wyatt" Dufrensne teams up with Elizabeth Reifers of Spanish Spring Greens Farm and Gary Romano of Sierra Valley Farms to hand-select and then prepare the freshest ingredients for a multi-course meal paried with our favorite summer wines.
