Valentine's Day Dinner & Ice Skating Package

This Valentine's Day, couples can take in the romantic ambiance and spectacular views while enjoying a special 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Scott Rutter.

Along with a 4-course dinner for two, the Romantic Dinner package includes a scenic Cable Car ride and ice skating session overlooking Lake Tahoe. Women will be greeted with a rose at the bottom of the Cable Car. All guests will be served a complimentary glass of red or white wine with dinner for $89 per person or $169 per couple. For guests who already have lift tickets or season passes, tickets are available for $159 per couple. Reservations can be made by calling 530-452-7122.

Prime Tenderloin with a gorgonzola sage, basil compound butter, Red onion marmalade and a Glace de Viande served with braised spinach and purple Peruvian whipped Potatoes

Award Winning Granny Smith Apple Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with ginger Thai basil, Goldschlager cream served in a scallop shell served over Purple Thai Sticky Rice with infused Basil Oil

 Dessert:
Warm Chocolate Lava Cake for Two, served with fresh Berry Coulis
Cinnamon Ice Cream and crème anglaise
