Squawlidays! Our Elves are planning a variety of fun and festival holiday
events and activities to please your entire family. Santa will be visiting
with guests all over the mountain and the Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade
is a must-see. And that is just the beginning!

Squaw Valley Festival Of Lights Opening Ceremony
Join us in the Village on November 25th from 3-4pm
for the Festival of Lights opening ceremony. The annual Squaw
Valley
Festival
of Lights Begins with
the lighting of our holiday tree accompanied by live classical
holiday music and of course Santa will be here for your first
Christmas photo
opportunity of the season. We will also officially begin receiving
toys for our Toys for Tots toy drive today as well.

Squaw Valley Festival Of Lights Continues..
The annual Squaw Valley Festival of Lights Begins
with the lighting of our holiday tree continues through New Years
Eve - shop, dine & enjoy the spirit of the holidays as Squaw
Valley sparkles with decorations and cheerful activities. Feel
free to stop by each afternoon for the tree lighting and visit
with Santa every Saturday and don't forget to bring a toy for needy
kids because we're hosting a Toy's 4 Tots drive too. Look for the
donation boxes at Waxen Moon and at the hotel's front desk. The
fun culminates in the Torchlight Parade on Christmas Eve.

Toys for Tots Drop Off in the Village
Drop off your new, unwrapped toys in the Village this month and
help make the holidays happy for needy children in our area! The
US Marine's come by on the 11th (3:30-5:30pm) and 17th (4-6pm) for
a formal pick-up. Details: 530-584-6266

Pet Gift Giving Tree in the Village
Tails by the Lake is once again hosting the
Animal Gift Giving Tree this holiday season. Help support the
local homeless dogs and cats in shelters by donating a collar,
toy, treat or bed to a sheltered animal this holiday season.

Holiday Program Featuring Benjamin Britten's Ceremony of
Carols
The Truckee Community of Chorus presents
a Holiday concert featuring the highly popular Ceremony of Carols
at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Program begins at 4pm. $5 per person.

Christmas Carols with the Strolling Minstrels
Revelers can take in the holiday songs or join
along as the base area of Squaw Valley |

Santa Visits Squaw
Jolly old St. Nick will ski, snowboard, ice skate
and entertain Squaw's guests during the holidays on the mountain
and in the Village. Have your photo taken with Santa
in the Village's "Big Chair" from noon-4pm. |

Annual Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade
This is a family favorite and a wonderful holiday tradition for all
ages. Join us for this special evening as The Squaw Valley Ski School
descends Squaw Valley's lower mountain in a brilliant parade of lights,
finishing just outside the Plaza Bar. The Parade

Service will be held at 2pm atop of the Links and East Broadway
chair lifts. All are welcome!

Eve Candlelight Services
We invite you to gather with family, friends and neighbors
for a gentle, heart warming time that promises to ease the hectic
pace of this season. This is truly a community event for the whole
family of humankind, and our doors and our hearts are open to everyone.

Ski and ride until 9pm accessing the 3.2
Mountain Run, Bailey's Beach, and Riviera lifts. Night skiing is
FREE with a day lift ticket. |

Ski or ride until 9pm, then put on your dancin'
shoes and enjoy parties at various restaurants, bars and night
clubs in the base village.

Mountaintop New Years Dinner Celebration at High Camp
el. 8,200'. - Looking
for something to do with the entire family? This Prime Rib dinner
party entertains with live music, dancing, ice skating and a
9pm sparkling cider and champagne toast. (EST New Year's) click
