WOW #4 - Early Up!

We were the first to lay down tracks ... on the quiet mountain before anyone was even thinking about touching skis to snow. We were joined by Patroller Lel Tone for the ride up the funitel and the first hour - learning how she spends some of her early morning hours. With 4-6 inches of new snow, everyone had some of their sweetest turns in the first three runs. We skied lots of different snow conditions -- some went off a jump, some a cornice ... but everyone felt the float of fresh fallen snow and the cold morning air on their cheeks. We all grabbed the thrill of an adventure and ended up with smiles from ear to ear. What else is there?
